The Kinney Club
As the snow slowly melts our thoughts turn toward spring and summer. The birds are singing again, the days are noticeably longer, and J. Kinney Florist is bringing out the gardening and spring gifts.
Since late January we have been receiving new products every week. In housewares, we have our felt flower pillows back in again! If you didn't see them in the fall, the circular pillows look like a soft rose and are available in white, pink, and green. For a new and exciting houseware item we have rugs woven from silk remnants in a wide variety of rich colors. They come in two sizes, both great for adding a splash of color in an entryway.
In our line of luxury products we will be carrying beautifully embroidered night gowns - mostly white but some in pale apricot. To accompany them, we will have kimonos from India made of gorgeous cotton voile, available in a variety of color combinations.
In the plant realm we will be plating up "fairy gardens." These miniature microcosms come complete with arbors, lawn chairs, and bird baths. The furniture will sell individually so you can create your own world, either in a terrarium or in a small section of your garden.
These are just a few of the many things we have coming in the next couple of months. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Our current 2011 hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 and Saturdays 10-5.
