Your flowers are delivered to you in a sparkling clean vase filled with fresh water with preservative solution. As long as the water remains clear, you do not need to change it. If, however, the water becomes cloudy or brownish, then carefully remove the water, rinse out the vase, refill it with warm water and return your flowers to the vase. If some of your flowers droop prematurely, you may want to recut the stems and change the water. It is neither necessary nor recommended to change the water and recut the stems on a daily basis. If you are going to recut the stems, use a sharp knive and
cut the stems on an angle. By cutting the stems on an angle you increase
the exposed surface area of the stem and help the stem transport more
water to the flowers.
